BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Administration Fee: $300.00 per household
Security Deposit: $500.00 With approved credit, can vary up to 1 month's rent with conditional approval.

Pest Control Fee: $5.00 Pest Control Fee Serviced Weekly
Valet Trash Fee: $30.00 Valet Trash
Rent Billing Fee: $5.00 Monthly per apartment, charged with utilities.
Personalized Add-Ons
Parking Fee: $25.00 $25 per car (Max 2 cars). Additional $75 each.

Valet Trash Violation Fee: $25.00 Per violation occurrence (after warnings have been issued)
Guest Parking Pass Violation Fee: $150.00 Guest Parking Passes are complimentary, fee is only charged if pass is not returned
