To keep things straightforward, we've compiled a list of potential fees you may come across as a current or future resident. This allows you to easily understand your upfront and ongoing costs. To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, simply add your base rent to the Essentials and any Personalized Add-Ons you choose. Our aim is to make budgeting effortless, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.

Application Fee: $85.00 per person
Administration Fee: $300.00 per household

Rent Billing Fee: $5.00 Monthly per apartment, charged with utilities.

Fob/Vehicle Decal: $75.00 Per replacement

Insurance Violation Fee: $50.00 Monthly, if required renter's insurance is not maintained
Electric Reimbursement Fee: $50.00 Billed in addition to utility service, if utility is not setup in an occupied dwelling per occurrence
Key Replacement: $15.00 Per key, per occurrence
Lock Replacement: $75.00 Per resident request
Valet Trash Violation Fee: $25.00 Per violation occurrence (after warnings have been issued)
Guest Parking Pass Violation Fee: $150.00 Guest Parking Passes are complimentary, fee is only charged if pass is not returned
